Join MAFP

The Metropolitan Association for Food Protection (MAFP) membership application can be found here. If you have trouble reading the pdf, it means you need to upgrade your copy of Adobe Reader.

Membership dues are still $25 for individuals, $10 for students, and $100 for sustaining members. New individual members who join after July 1 will only be charged $15. All memberships will expire on December 31. If you are joining the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), you may elect to pay your MAFP dues with your IAFP dues.

Membership in MAFP entitles you to reduced seminar rates at our spring and fall seminars. Your continued support is vital to the success of MAFP and is greatly valued. Please remit the enclosed application with payment as soon as possible to MAFP c/o Carol Schwar, Warren County Health Department, 700 Oxford Rd., Oxford, NJ 07863.

MAFP would like to invite members to assist with seminar planning or contribute articles to the newsletter. If you would like to help in any way, please indicate your desire on the application form. Questions may be directed to Carol at cschwar@metrofoodprotection.org telephone (908) 475-7960.
